But hey, people tend to exaggerate, lie etc … so we do not really know what to think.

What is this rebalancing food that is all the rage?

By definition, food rebalancing is about restoring a balance in your diet and necessarily implies that this balance has been lost.

It implies that a balance is broken and that is why you gained weight or continued to take it.

You will have to relearn how to eat by following certain rules, and thanks to this new learning and its application, you will finally be able to lose weight.

The food rebalancing is distinguished by the fact that it wants to be different from a “classic” diet, it stands out precisely because it does not reproduce the typical yoyo effect of a diet.

A good diet is the diet that will instill us good eating habits while giving us pleasure.

Pleasure in the preparation and in the food itself, and especially pleasure through the best form and self-esteem that will climb crescendo.

Well, to finish:

I will not play bad language, even if it’s a nice marketing term, the principle of rebalancing food is good: by eating better we are healthier .

It makes you lose weight since you usually go from a diet rich in fats and sugars to a diet rich in vegetables (very low in calories), fruits (generally low in calories) and proteins (oilseeds, fish, chicken, …).

This will lower your daily caloric intake and that will therefore make you lose weight.

It’s not eating better that makes you lose weight, it’s eating less 😉
